BASIC PLAN: Roadside Assistance 35 Miles Plus Towing Program
(one ton vehicles and below - subject to a $200 benefit per claim)

• 24 HOUR DISPATCH EMERGENCY TOWING SERVICE
  Towing to the nearest repair facility up to 35 miles, including primary accidents & non-accident related towing.
  
  
• 24 HOUR DISPATCH EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICE
  A service truck will be quickly dispatched to come to the Member’s aid.
  
  
• 24 HOUR DISPATCH EXTRACATION & WINCHING
  A service truck will be dispatched to aid the Member with such services.
  Limited to one truck and one Hour service
  
  
• 24 HOUR DISPATCH EMERGENCY DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES
  A service truck will deliver emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil or other necessary supplies. The Member only pays for actual cost of the supplies delivered.
  
  
• 24 HOUR DISPATCH TIRE SERVICE
  NSD will dispatch service to change the inflated spare from mount to wheel. NSD will assist in getting a replacement tire brought to the member if available in the area. Member has to pay for tire.
  
  
• 24 HOUR DISPATCH EMERGENCY BATTERY SERVICE
  Service providers are equipped to boost batteries and perform minor repairs while on the road.
  
  
• 24 HOUR DISPATCH LOCKOUT SERVICE
  If the Member’s keys are lost, broken or they are accidentally locked out of their vehicle, NSD will dispatch a locksmith.
  
  
• EMERGENCY TRIP EXPENSES
  NSD members receive up to $300 in accident/collision expense reimbursement. This allows members to spend up to $100 a day up to 3 days when involved in an accident or collision and are over 100 miles away from home.
  
  
• MAP ROUTING SERVICE
  We will, at no charge, provide your members with a map and travel route to the destination of their choice.
  
  
• TRAVEL & AUTOMOTIVE
  We will, at no charge, include travel discounts, automotive service discounts
  
  
• DISCOUNT RX SAVING PROGRAM
  Customers save an average of 20% when the card is used at over 57,000 local participating pharmacies nationwide. Savings of up to 50% when customers order by mail. Our drug list contains over 99% of all prescription medication
